EROWA's PM rapid-change tooling system cuts resetting times for dies and die plates on powder presses down to less than 2 minutes. You enhance the quality of your work while saving time and money.

Reversible carbide tips are becoming more and more refined. Dies and die plates on powder presses are often reset. To reduce resetting times, a rapid-change tooling system is required.

The EROWA PM tooling system is the interface between die, die plate and the press adapter. The system has been designed for use under high pressure loads. Both the die plates and the top and bottom dies are machined on the EROWA PM tooling system – from production to their use on the press.

Thanks to the EROWA PM tooling system's positioning accuracy and stability, all the dies and die plates produced on the system can be changed in next to no time.
