1. The purchase and download of PDF articles

Inovar Communications Limited offers users of our websites the ability to purchase articles and reports from the International Powder Metallurgy Directory and other sources as specified. Articles are supplied in PDF format in the manner in which they appear in the original source.

• This includes all images, tables, references and any advertisements that appear in the original publication.
• The total word length of each article is provided on the information page relating to each item. The number of words quoted excludes figure references etc.

How do I receive my PDF files?
Upon the completion of your online purchase you will receive an automated email containing a link to enable you to download your article(s), which will be available in PDF format.

• You are encouraged to download all files to your own hard drive as the link provided by us will expire within one week of purchase.
• If you do not receive your automated email, please check your anti-spam folder before contacting us.

Refunds
Detailed descriptions of all articles available are published on our website, including article length, author(s), original date of publication, figure captions and abstract/introduction. As such, no refund will be offered relating to the purchase of articles except in the case of a clear error on our part.

2. The purchase of the International Powder Metallurgy Directory

We aim to ship all directories and book orders within two working days.

• For 'pre-publication' offers, the date of publication is clearly indicated on the product description page.
• In the case of any delay in publication, we will keep you informed by email.
• All shipments are sent by Airmail / First Class post

Your purchase of the International Powder Metallurgy Directory includes 12 months access to our online database search facility.

• If you make your purchase online, you will receive an automated email containing your username and password.
• If you purchase a directory via any other method, you can register for your free 12 months database access at www.ipmd.net/register using the code supplied in the back of your directory 

3. The purchase of online database access

This site allows for the purchase of time-limited access to our online directory search facility.

• Your username and password will be automatically emailed to you along with your order confirmation immediately after your purchase.
• Your access period commences at the time of purchase
• Only one user can use the search facility at any one time. Duplicate users will be automatically logged out of the search facility 
• No refunds will be made in the case of a cancellation of a part-used subscription.

4. The purchase of books, CD's and proceedings

We aim to ship all book, CD and conference proceeding orders within two working days, unless otherwise stated. 

• All shipments are sent by Airmail / First Class post
• UPS shipping is available, contact us for a quote. 

Refunds
A full refund will be offered should the product supplied have a manufacturing fault or fail to function. In the case that a purchaser cancels an order for any other reason after it has been shipped, a refund minus a 10% adminstration fee will be offered upon return of the goods in question to Inovar Communications Ltd.
