PowderMet2013 abstract deadline extended

As a result of the recent Hurricane Sandy, the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) offices were without electricity or email services during the week of October 29.
The abstract deadline for the PowderMet2013 International Conference on Powder Metallurgy & Particulate Materials, June 24-27, Chicago, Illinois, has therefore been extended to Monday, November 19.
The MPIF stated, “If you submitted an abstract during during the week of October 29, it is likely that we have your information. However, if you do not receive a formal email acknowledgement from Judy Wuensch by November 16, please contact us right away to confirm your submission.”
