What is included in each PDF?
Our PDF files are identical in appearance to the original articles as published in the International Powder Metallurgy Directory (IPMD). They include all images, tables and references that appeared in the original source.The total word length of each article is provided on the information page relating to each item. The total number of words quoted excludes figure references etc.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are securely processed by Secure Trading (www.securetrading.com), the UK’s leading independent payment processor.
Is tax charged on PDF downloads?
If you are located outside of the United Kingdom, no tax is applied to your purchase. If you are based in the United Kingdom, VAT will be charged at the current rate.
How do I download PDF files?
Once you have added your selected file(s) to the shopping basket, and made your payment, you will immediately receive an automated email containing full confirmation of your order, plus a link to download your file(s).
- You should download your purchase to your computer immediately, as the link will expire after seven days. Once downloaded, there is no limit to the number of times that you can open and print your document.
- Our PDF downloads range in size from approximately 1-2MB, and are supplied in high quality resolution.

Will I get an invoice/receipt?
Yes, the webpage from which you download your file also contains a link for a printable invoice.
